Here, among old pink palaces, camels share the road with rickshaws, colorful trucks, cars and bikes. Udaipur, the most romantic of Indian cities is filled with magnificent palaces and fantastic hilltop forts. The water of the beautiful Lake Pichola mirrors the images of this ancient city. The enchanting city of Jaisalmer is like a mirage, a dream that becomes reality for all who pass through its streets. The vision of Jaisalmer, which emerges out of the barren desertscape, is unforgettable. Pushkar, a sacred town, is very important pilgrimage center. Every year it hosts the spectacular camel fair. At this time thousands of pilgrims, camels and cattle gather to celebrate the full moon of November. In the immense desert of Rajasthan the participants of this trip take a three days camel safari. Following the rhythm of the camel's movement they move through the desert listening to the music of the local people and smelling of warm perfume incense. When the day end they watch the glow of the setting sun and witness stars coming to life in the darkness of the desert.

The Pushkar Fair/North India: The Pushkar Fair falls every year between the end of October and the half of November depending upon the lunar calendar. All the visiting guests will be put up in the tents. The tents are high with two beds, attached toilet and shower. These three days stay are devoted to visiting the Holy Lake of Pushkar and the temples around it. The most famous and revered is the Temple of Brahma . The interested and dedicated people can take a holy bath in the lake and perform some vedic prayers and rituals assisted by the Brahmins. Observing the pilgrims in their traditional attires and dresses, fairs, bazzars, animal markets, horse rides, camel rides and also walking half days visiting the hills around is very interesting. Big buffet vegetarian meals are served in the tents. The Camel Safari: A three days camel safari is organized either starting from Jaisalmer or from Deshnook. Here every participants will be provided with a camel and the helper. We stop over for lunch prepared by the team of cooks and helpers provided by the agency. In the evening camp fire is made and food served under the stars. We sleep in the tents which are large and comfortable. Everyday we ride about 6-7 hours only. Those who cannot ride the camel may walk or the rescue jeep will carry to the next destination.
